Everything is shipped FOB shipping point. Should your item arrive damaged and need to be replaced please submit a photo of the parcel prior to opening showing proof of the damage. We will then submit the photo to the shipping company on your behalf. If the shipper issues a refund you will have a choice of either a refund or replacement.
